To me, designing is an empathetic act grounded by my desire to support others and elevate their stories. Driven from a place of deep care, I am passionate about creating work that's as thoughtful as it is beautiful. I believe in designing as a way to engage with the world in multiple dimensions; my work is rooted in the conviction that design holds the power to preserve the past, foster connections in the present, and generate a more beautiful future. Ultimately, I design as a means to uplift, empower, and bring more life and beauty into the world.
Looking back, what advice would you give yourself?
Have confidence in who you are and run your own race; your journey doesn’t have to look like everyone else's.
What's your favorite A+D memory?
My favorite A+D memory was studying abroad in Italy with the most wonderful group of people!
What was your favorite A+D class?
My favorite A+D class was Digital Resurrections in Typography with Prof. Speaker. It sparked in me a passion for typography and helped me grow in my confidence as a designer.
What's next for you?
I don’t know exactly what’s next for me, but I’d love to continue evolving my creative practice and pursue work that I find meaningful and personally fulfilling.
How do you hope your work makes an impact?
I hope that my work reflects beauty and truth and is a source of encouragement and joy for others.
