I am a designer who believes that creative work should always be approached from a place of service for those around me. Design has the power to craft and tell a story, provide clarity and direction to chaos, and weave something beautiful out of seemingly unconnected threads. The foundation of playful exploration, deep research, and thoughtful synthesis allows for my practice to be grounded in reality and intention, crafting beautiful and functional solutions.
Looking back, what advice would you give yourself?
Embrace being uncomfortable in the process, for this is where you will grow the most.
What's your favorite A+D memory?
Any typography show! I've now been a part of making three happen! The process of planning as a class and showcasing our work together is so special.

What moment, project, and/or critique in your Art + Design career at AU has been pivotal to who you are as an artist or creator?
The end of the fall semester of Junior year came with a couple of huge projects and an exhibit. When reflecting on completing everything, I was encouraged by how capable I was and how much personal growth had occurred since the beginning of college.
How do you hope your work makes an impact?
I hope my work brings a slice of joy and beauty into the world by its function and appearance.
